I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that?

We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order

Do you offer refunds?

Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. In the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer up to 14 days to exchangeproducts OR immediate repairs in cases of incorrect details only if the returned product is not damaged and returned in the original condition.

Does my billing and shipping have to match?

Yes! Billing and shipping does have to match in order for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Only exception to a different shipping and billing is Apple Pay.
